INFORMATION LETTER

We invite you to the international scientific-practical conference "Literary tradition and national consciousness in Satimzhan Sanbaev”s creativity" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the outstanding writer, playwright, translator, cinematographer, public figure Satimzhan Kamzeuly Sanbaev on October 22, 2024 at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

We inform you that the conference will be held on October 22, 2024 at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

Organizers of the conference: M. O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

Scientists, specialists of scientific, scientific-educational and other organizations, doctoral students, master's students, students are invited to participate in the conference.

The purpose of the conference is to study and glorify S. Sanbaev's creativity, to discuss a number of topical issues of literature and linguistics, history and cultural studies, intercultural communication and translation studies.

It is planned to discuss issues in the following directions at the conference:

1. The main directions of S. Sanbayev's creativity, the originality of his style.

2. The peculiarity of depicting the national image of the world in the works of Russian-language writers of Kazakhstan.

3. History and culture, the world of nomads in art.

4. Problems of comparative studies and translation studies.

5. Actual problems of teaching methodology of literary studies, linguistics and philological subjects.

Working languages ​​of the conference: Kazakh, Russian, English.

The conference will be held in a mixed (online/offline) format.

Links to the online broadcast will be sent additionally.

If an official invitation is required, please inform the organizing committee about it no later than September 20, 2024. Travel expenses are paid for by the sending party or at the expense of personal funds.
