Yeren Bakhitovich Sakhipov was born in 1942 in the Ural region (now the West Kazakhstan region). He graduated from high school in 1959, and then in 1959-1964, he studied at the Faculty of Natural Geography of the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute (now Abay Almaty State Pedagogical University) as a postgraduate student in the Department of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR (1965-1968). Researcher at the Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR (1968-1970). Vice-rector for Scientific and Educational Work of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (1970-1976). Candidate of Biological Sciences (1968), Associate Professor.
Rector of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (now - Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University) from 1976 to 1983. He was actively engaged in social work. He headed the regional society "Knowledge". Senior researcher at the Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR (1983), head of the department in the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR. Thanks to his work, conditions were created for the training of talented young people abroad. Author of about 30 scientific papers. He has several awards and diplomas.
