Tabyldiyev Khismet Bozanovich

Tabyldiyev Khismet Bozanovich was born on September 8, 1936, in the 18th aul (now Besikti aul) Baksay district (Makhambet district) Atyrau region. He graduated from the S. Ordzhonikidze Secondary School in Atyrau (formerly Guryev), the Abay Kazakh State Pedagogical Institute, majoring in history, literature, language in 1962.
He worked as a teacher at the S. Ordzhonikidze G. Guryev secondary School (1962-1963), a teacher, associate professor, dean of the faculty at the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (1963-1976), vice-rector of the correspondence department (1976-1991).
The first rector-coordinator of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University (1991-1999).
Deputy of three convocations in the regional maslikhat. As a deputy of the regional maslikhat, he headed the commission on awards. Secretary of the regional maslikhat (2000-2004), deputy editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper "Atyrau" (2005), chairman of the regional party "NurOtan" (2001-2004). Member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, member of the regional, city onomastic commission. Currently, he is working as an adviser to the rector of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
Candidate of Historical Sciences (1979), Doctor (1998), Associate Professor, Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission (1992), Honorary Rector of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, Academician of the Academy of Humanities (1997).
Author of more than 200 scientific works, articles and monographs, including: "Kurmangazy", "History and genealogy of the Younger Zhuz families", "From illiteracy to the heights of knowledge", "Saraishyk", etc.
He was awarded the Order "Parasat" (2009), "Honorary Citizen" of Kurmangazy district of Atyrau region (2001), "Honorary Citizen" of Atyrau city (1997), medals "Veteran of Labor", "For Labor Valor", "10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "10 years of the Parliament of Kazakhstan", "For merits in the development of the science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "10 years of the Association of Universities of the Caspian region", "60 years of the permission of Ukraine fascist (Ukraine)", "Excellent student of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the badge "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and various diplomas.
