The international scientific and practical conference "Ecology and the natural environment" was held
On June 13, 2023, in honor of the 65th anniversary of Makhambet Kudaibergenuly Zheksenov, scientist, teacher, engineer ecologist, candidate of geographical sciences, professor-ecologist, mining engineer-geologist, corresponding member of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, excellence in the environmental sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the International scientific and practical conference "Ecology and natural environment" was held. Makhambet Kudaibergenuly Zheksenov, was congratulated by the chairman of the board-rector of Atyrau University Idrisov Salamat Nurmukhanuly. Then the Jubilee was presented online by the Kazakh public figure, deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abenov Murat Abdulamituly; Director of the branch of the Nevada-Semipalatinsk international anti-nuclear movement for Almaty, Almaty, Zhetysu regions, chairman of the commission for the preservation of cultural heritage, head of the Republican Association of private educational institutions, advisor to the chairman, director of the foundation "Mother nature of the Century", member of the council of the environmental union "nature" Nurpeisova Guldana Khasenkyzy; and candidate of technical sciences, K. I. Professor of KAZNRTU named after Satbayev, member of the UN expert group on resource management, corresponding member of the National Academy of mining Sciences, head of the laboratory "Biogeotechnology", winner of the gold medal "Satbayev" Turysbekova Gaukhar Seitkhankyzy congratulated. During the conference, a number of reports were heard and discussed. The conference reports are devoted to the discussion of the scientific and practical results of research in ecology and rational use of natural resources, modern problems of chemistry, petrochemical and chemical technology, geology, exploration and development of minerals and biodiversity in ensuring sustainable development; search for joint research areas and strengthening cooperation between educational, scientific and industrial organizations; establishing new contacts and involving young people in scientific research. Candidate of technical sciences, research professor of NJSC "KAZNRTU" named after K.I.Satpayev (Kazakh National Research Technical University), member of the UN expert group on resource management, corresponding member of the national academy of mining sciences, academician of the international academy of informatization of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bektai Erkin Kaldybaiuly made a report on "complex extraction of valuable components from solutions". Then Serik Abiluly Boranov, an expert analyst of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regional manager for investment and development in central Asia of «Emba Petroleum Project» LLP, made a report on the topic: «The concept of using nature-like technologies to revive the Earth and turn it into an environmentally safe system». The following reports focused on local environmental problems and made a large-scale report on the topic «Sustainable Development of Atyrau region: the need to maintain the balance of economic growth of the region and preserve natural resources» director of «Globus» LLP Chernova Galina Khristoforovna and head of the department of ecology of Atyrau university named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov Yesenamanova Mansia Sanakovna on the topic «Environmental assessment of the impact of atmospheric air pollution with hydrogen sulfide on the health of the population of Atyrau». The last report was made by the Jubilee holder Makhambet Kudaibergenuly Jecksenov, who touched upon the problems of nuclear landfills with the theme of the report «Nuclear explosions in Atyrau region, problems of contamination of nuclear weapons testing sites with radioactive isotopes». We hope that the scientific experience and contribution of the Jubilee to science will help university scientists continue cooperation in the field of ecology research, rational use of natural resources and environmental protection, disposal and disposal of solid household and oil hazardous waste, gas purification in the oil and gas industry.
